Description
The scope of the project is the reconstruction of Elk Street from Talbot Street East (HWY 3) to John Street South. The project generally includes: Replacement of approximately 1,250 metres of sanitary sewers;Replacement of approximately 1,185 metres of storm sewer;Replacement of approximately 1,310 metres of watermain and appurtenances;Reconstruction of the existing roadway, curb and gutter and sidewalk;Multi-use asphalt pathway in north boulevard;PXO crossings at Queen St and Victoria St;Line markings and Signage;Grading and restoration.
