Through this expression of interest (EOI), Renewal SA is seeking to identify a development partner (CHP) to purchase and develop the land at Lot 1002 Glenburnie Street, Seaton (Site). Renewal SA considers the project to be a priority project, forming part of Government’s ‘Housing Roadmap’, announced in June 2024, formulated to address the current supply constraints and affordability challenges affecting South Australia’s housing market.
