Description
After a two-year planning phase, construction of the kindergarten began in 2022 on the two plots of land, plot number 449\/1 and plot number 449, 91227 Diepersdorf. Due to some delays on the part of the construction companies, the project is currently in the middle of work phase 8. The shell has been completed and the ventilation technology installed. The rough assembly of the electrical installation has been completed and the heating technology has been pre-installed. The installation of the geothermal heating system, the PV system and the cooling ceilings are pending. For the engineering services of the technical building equipment system group 5-6, we request the submission of written fee offers for the service phase 8 in parts, as well as 9 for the ELT specialist planning.
