Description
establishments wish to retain the services of a supplier for structured cabling needs to serve the participating Establishments and their points of service, mentioned in Appendix A List of Establishments of this call for tenders, located in different territories.
Award method: Lowest price per lot
This call for tenders is divided into six (6) separate and distinct lots. The same CONTRACTOR may bid on one or more lots, since a separate contract will be awarded for each lot. He will have to take into consideration his ability to perform the work at each location and in accordance with the specifications and requirements detailed in this tender document.

The various facilities to be serviced by CONTRACTOR are divided into six (6) lots as indicated in Appendix A "List of Lots". The CONTRACTOR must be able to perform all the Services required in all the facilities of the same lot.
A lot is defined as one or more sites. The same ENTREPRENEUR must bid on all the sites of a lot, failing which his bid will be rejected.
At the request of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, the ENTREPRENEUR will be called upon to :
§ Install and/or relocate copper or fiber optic cables
§ Install and/or relocate wireless access points
§ Install grommets, conduits and multi-port wall outlets
§ Build junction points (interconnection room)
§ Repair cables and/or outlets
§ Install piece goods (cable racks, ladders, etc.)
§ Provide consulting services for structured network design
§ Rearrange panels and cable trays in interconnection or server rooms
§ Any other service related to structured cabling.
Territories are defined by the groupings of CISSS de Lanaudière, CISSS des Laurentides and CISSS de Laval, as well as CISSS de l'Outaouais.
