Canada - On-demand contract for SAP and related professional services

Description

Through its CASA (CArrefour des Services d'Affaires) project, the company has been engaged in a vast digital transformation over the past few years, with the aim of enhancing the services it offers its customers, partners and employees. This has been achieved through the implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system from SAP, which supports the majority of the company's mission and support processes.

The present mandate is a continuation of this digital transformation. More specifically, it involves contracting two service providers to help the Company pursue its transformation, and to support and evolve the solution to meet the new business needs of all the Company's vice-presidencies.

The Company intends to retain the services of one service provider per batch, according to the terms of tender described in this document.

Through this call for tenders, the Company wishes to retain the services of a service provider specialized in information technology (IT) to carry out various mandates for lots 1 and 2. More specifically, this work will meet the current needs for support and evolution of digital services and solutions, for the Company's customers, employees and partners supported by the SAP ecosystem.
