Description
The objective of this RFP is for the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) to select a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based contact centre technology that includes the following services:Provision and maintenance of a cloud-based contact centre technology platform in Canada with the capability to integrate with the full Microsoft ecosystem. Design and implementation of a contact centre technology solution that is aligned with BCFSA’s business objectives.BCFSA is seeking a vendor with proven expertise and experience in implementing and delivering tailored cloud-based call center solutions that provide seamless omnichannel communications, tools to capture unsolicited feedback, ability to integrate with other systems, effortless scalability, and advanced security and compliance features.The solution should align with our specific technical requirements, data management protocols, and compliance standards.The initial term of the Contract will be three (3) years, with the option to renew the contract for five (5) additional one (1) year periods, at the sole discretion of BCFSA.
