Description

Object of this procedure is the stipulation of a Framework Agreement governing the purchase of petroleum products by AU in the performance of its functions as Italian Central Storage Authority; these products shall be delivered by the supplier in "Delivered At Place" (DAP) mode. The subjects that will be considered suitable by AU/OCSIT will sign a Framework Contract and will be included in a list of suppliers (hereinafter "Product List"). The signing of the Framework Agreement and the consequent inclusion in the Product List entitle the parties to participate in the subsequent tenders that AU/OCSIT will call for the purchase of petroleum products. The application for subscription may be submitted at any time, but no later than 14.11.2025.
