Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg is responsible for all building construction measures in the state of Baden-Württemberg. Numerous existing buildings are managed in the district of the Constance office - administrative buildings, buildings in the judicial sector, e.g. courts and prisons, buildings of the Ministry of the Interior, e.g. police stations, buildings in the research and teaching sector as well as listed buildings.
The planning services to be awarded are services for the planning, awarding, construction supervision and documentation of PV systems on suitable roof surfaces.
The client will conclude a framework agreement and intends to award individual contracts according to project-specific specifications. The contract value is an estimate. The framework agreement does not give rise to any entitlement to a specific order volume.
Estimated average costs of cost group 440: EUR 900,000 gross per year.
Term of the framework agreement: 1 year, with the option of extension up to a maximum term of four years.
