Requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to establish SAs for the supply, delivery and installation for Office Seating as set out in the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) to any authorized representative of a government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 on an "as and when requested" basis.

The Procurement Strategy is to establish a pool of pre-qualified suppliers to fulfill requirements as described in the RFSA.
Office Seating is comprised of the following three sub-categories:
Sub-category 1 Rotary Office,
Sub-category 2 Conference,
Sub-Category 3 Side chairs
Suppliers are not required to offer all sub-categories to be issued an SA. For all products offered, Delivery and Installation is required when identified in the individual Bid Solicitations and resulting Contracts.
Two streams of SAs are issued pursuant to this solicitation, as follows:
A. Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB) (Work Coverage - National or Regional)
B. General (Work coverage - National)
Suppliers will be issued no more than one SA per Stream.
Security Requirement:
There is no security requirement associated with the issuance of the resulting SA. However, the delivery and installation of the goods procured under this SA may be subject to security requirements. Any security requirements will be indicated in the bid solicitation and the appropriate clauses incorporated into the resulting Contract.
Period of the SA: The resulting SA has no defined end-date and will remain valid until such time as Canada no longer considers it to be advantageous to use it.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
