Description

The subject of the contract is to provide cleaning services for internal and external surfaces of the courts at 15A Terespolska Street in Warsaw and a part of internal surfaces of the building at 12 Owsiana Street in Warsaw.2Cleaning services include: 1) maintenance of daily and afternoon service of internal and external surfaces of the Courts at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw, where the District Court for Warsaw Praga-Południe and the District Court for Warsaw Praga-Północ in Warsaw have their seat,2) maintenance of cleanliness within the daily service and afternoon part of internal surfaces (office, sanitary and social rooms) used by the employees of the Curatorial Court Service Teams in the building at 12 Owsiana Street in Warsaw,3) washing windows with window frames and external window sills, in accordance with the schedule contained in paragraph. 10 point 1 - no more than twice during the term of the agreement,4) removal of snow, sopli and ice and snow overhangs from the roof of the Court building at 15A Terespolska Street in Warsaw, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party - no more than once during the term of the agreement,5) cleaning of carpet coverings in the Court building at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party - no more than 1 times during the term of the agreement,6) manual transport of heavy objects, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party - no more than 20 man-hours during the term of the agreement.
