Purpose: The purpose of this invitation to tender is to grant temporary occupation authorizations for the public domain, with a view to allocating sites for itinerant food businesses, food-trucks and scooters, on several sites in Pornichet. The procedure is governed by the provisions of the Code général de la propriété des personnes publiques (articles L.2122-1-1 et seq.). Three annual food truck sites are proposed: Les Forges, Sainte-Marguerite, Saint-Sébastien and a three-wheeled location for the high season, on the Pointe de Congrigoux. The details and characteristics of the sites made available are specified in the consultation regulations. 3. Financial terms: occupants are subject to the payment of a state fee calculated on the basis of the square meters of surface area occupied and a flat-rate charge for electricity consumption, where applicable. Rates are set by annual decision of the municipal council. DCM no. 23.09.06 of September 29, 2023, setting the rates for occupancy of the public domain, is appended to the consultation rules. 4. Duration: For annual sites, the occupation permit will take effect from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
