Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to invite Energy Service Companies (ESCos) in the coming months to submit proposals for the provision of professional and construction services, financing, training and monitoring associated with the implementation of energy efficiency improvements at:
- The Lethbridge Research and Development Centre (Lethbridge RDC) in Lethbridge, Alberta;
- The Bells Corners Complex (BCC), managed by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), which spans 470 acres between Kanata and Bells Corners in Ottawa's west end.
Separate Requests for Proposal will be posted for each project.
Bidders must be pre-qualified by Natural Resources Canada under the Federal Buildings Initiative (FBI) program in order to submit a bid on these requirements.
