Ireland - NOVAS: Request for Tender

Description

Seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations to carry out Social Return on Investment (SROI) evaluation of NOVAS’ Dublin-based supported temporary accommodation (STAs) for women. The successful candidate should complete an SROI report that evaluates and compares differences in outcomes for clients and other key stakeholders, as well as to separately calculate the Social Return on Investment generated by the two different approaches. The two models under evaluation will be: Support temporary accommodation with single units occupied by a single person Support temporary accommodation with shared units occupied by two or three individuals The report should also consider the value of small and larger services on the experience and outcomes for women. The report should include the experiences of the women who use the services as well as other key stakeholders and recommendations for the operation and delivery of low-threshold, female homeless services for NOVAS and funders of services.
