Description

The subject matter of the contract is to execute estimated values of the real estate from the stock of AMW in Małopolskie, Śląskie and Łódzkie voivodships, including the following: 14 land transactions concerning real estate located in localities: Tarnów, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Modlniczka, Mierzęcice, Kościelisko, Nowy Glinnik, Kraków; 3 operators concerning local properties located in localities: Bytom, Gliwice, Kościelisko; 1 operator concerning easement of real estate located in Oświęcim
Execution of estimated operators determining market values of ownership rights to undeveloped land properties (up to 5 properties) located on the area of Tarnów in the Małopolskie Province. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of estimated works. The Contracting Authority guarantees to order at least 1 appraisal report.1) Each appraisal report should be made in 3 copies.2) The report should specify the market value of the real estate (including the value of the components) individually for each plot of land and the total value of the whole object of valuation.3) The following documents should be enclosed with the survey report: - documents taken from the Land Surveying Documentation Centre: i.e.: a. excerpt from the land register, b. a copy of the basic map, c. a copy of the property's cadastral map, - certificate on the designation of the property in the local zoning plan, and in the absence of a plan - certificate on the findings of the zoning conditions and directions study covering the property, - printed photographic documentation of the object of valuation, - land and mortgage register survey report (or printout from https://ekw).ms.gov.pl/, current as at the date of valuation),- extract from the appraisal,- copy of the civil liability insurance document referred to in Article 175(4) and 4a of the Real Estate Management Act.4) The study should verify whether the real estate is covered by entries in, among others: monuments' registers, municipal register of monuments and others.5) The final, verified by the Ordering Party version of the appraisal report (in .pdf format) together with photographic documentation (in .jpg format) will be sent by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's e-mail address specified in the agreement concluded with the Contractor.6) Purpose of the valuation - sale of the real estate/non-transparent sale for improvement of the development conditions of the neighbouring real estate. Execution date: minimum 14 days - maximum 21 days from the date of the order for preparing the survey by the Ordering Party. Execution of the estimated frame determining the market value of the ownership right to the land property located in Tomaszów Mazowiecki at 39 Dzieci Polskich Street (county of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Łódź Province), covered by the land and mortgage register PT1T/00035225/6, constituting the registered plot of land No. 367/1 with the area of 0.0940 ha, section 9. KW No. CZ1Z/00051529/8.1) The operator should be made in 3 copies.2) The operator should describe in detail the state of development of the plot covered by the valuation.3) In the final statement, the value of the land and its components should be specified and the total value of the entire object of valuation should be given.4) The following documents should be attached to the report: - documents taken from the Land Surveying Documentation Centre: i.e.: a. excerpt from the land register, b. a copy of the basic map, c. a copy of the property's cadastral map, - a certificate on the designation of the property in the local zoning plan, and in the absence of a plan - a certificate on the findings of the zoning conditions and directions study covering the property, - printed photographic documentation of the object of valuation, - a report on the land and mortgage register survey (or a printout from https://ekw).ms.gov.pl/, current as at the date of valuation),- extract from the appraisal,- copy of the civil liability insurance document referred to in Article 1755) The study should verify whether the real estate is covered by entries in, among others, the following registers of monuments, municipal register of monuments and others.6) The final, verified by the Ordering Party version of the appraisal report (in .pdf format) together with photographic documentation (in .jpg format) will be sent by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's e-mail address specified in the agreement concluded with the Contractor.7) Purpose of the appraisal - sale of the property.8) Completion date: minimum 14 days - maximum 21 days from the date of the Ordering Party's order to prepare the report. Execution of an estimate specifying the market value of the ownership right to the premises (the premises have a certificate of independence), which is a boiler room with the area of 32.44 m2 located at the basement level in the building located in Bytom at 74 Piekarska Street (area of the city of Bytom, Silesian Province). The ownership of the premises will be associated with the share in the common property amounting to 302/10000 parts, which is, among others, the land under the building covering the registered plots of land No. 208/9, 102/1 and 2 r. 0002 Bytom, with a total area of 0.0965 ha. The ownership of the premises will be connected with the share in the common property amounting to 272/10000 parts, constituting, among others, the land underneath the building, including the registered plots of land No. 617 and 618 r. 0022 Nowe Miasto with total area of 0.0825ha. The ownership of the premises will be associated with the share in the common property amounting to 57/10000 parts, which is, among others, the land under the building covering the plots of land registry No. 2723/11 and 2723/10 r. 0401 Kościelisko with an area of 0.7548 ha. Execution of three estimated figures determining the market value of real estate located in Kościelisko, Kościelisko Commune, the Tatra Mountains, Małopolskie Province:1. property from the stock of AMW: developed with a garage building with a usable area of 667 m2, constituting a cadastral plot No. 2704/11 with an area of 0.46 ha r.0401 Kościelisko, entered in the land and mortgage register No. NS1Z/00058200/1,2. property from the stock of AMW: developed with a warehouse building with an area of 667 m2, constituting a plot of land No. 2704/11 with an area of 0.46 ha r.0401 Kościelisko, entered in the land and mortgage register No. NS1Z/00058200/1,2. usable area of 82 m2, constituting a cadastral plot no. 2704/10 with an area of 0.0329 ha, turnover 0401 Kościelisko, entered in the land and mortgage register no. Execution of the estimated frame determining the value of compensation for the establishment of transmission easement (for fibre optic cable of the length of about 24 m - the exact length of the connection will be given after handing over the as-built documentation from the contractor) on the basis of the inventory made available by the Ordering Party - for the real estate located in Oświęcim (Oświęcim commune, Oświęcim district, Małopolskie province) at Rtm. Witolda Pileckiego Street, marked in the land register as a plot of land 2576/15 Brzezinka district 0004 Brzezinka, vol. KW no. KR1E/0000009635/7.1) The survey should be carried out in 2 copies.2) The survey should be accompanied by: - documents taken from the Surveying Documentation Centre: i.e.: a. a short excerpt from the land register, b. a copy of the property's cadastral map, - a certificate on the designation of the property in the local zoning plan, and in the absence of a plan - a certificate on the findings of the zoning conditions and directions study covering the property, - printed photographic documentation of the object of valuation, - a report on the land and mortgage register survey (or a printout from https://ekw.ms.gov.pl/, current as of the valuation date), - an excerpt from the survey report, - a copy of the civil liability insurance document referred to in Article 175 (4) and 4a of the Act on real estate management.3) The study should verify whether the real estate is covered by entries in, among others, the following registers of monuments, communal register of monuments and others.4) The valuation order will be made after obtaining the as-built inventory of the course of the transmission device from the contractor - it concerns the length of the belt, etc.5) The appraiser should determine the protection zone in accordance with the applicable regulations and according to the information of the owner of the transmission device (it should be verified).6) The final version of the estimate (in .pdf format) together with photographic documentation (in .jpg format) will be sent by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's e-mail address specified in the agreement concluded with the Contractor;7) Purpose of the valuation - to determine the compensation for the establishment of transmission easement. Execution deadline: minimum 14 days - maximum 21 days from the date of the Ordering Party's order to prepare the estimate.
