This is to inform you that The University of British Columbia (“UBC”) intends to enter in a purchase agreement with Strider Technologies, Inc. for the acquisition of a suite of risk assessment tools (“Ranger”, “Sentry”, “Checkpoint” and analyst services). Strider Technologies, Inc. delivers data-driven solutions to its customers; these services include solutions that enable customers to identify and mitigate national-state connected IP theft and vulnerabilities outside the cyber domain.Interested parties can access the documents for this opportunity through UBC's Bonfire portal:https://ubc.bonfirehub.caAddenda (which may include additional information, clarifications or modifications) will also be published via UBC's Bonfire portal. It is the interested party's sole responsibility to ensure that they receive all Addenda.This procurement process is subject to Chapter Five (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
