Quotes are due by 06 November 2024, NLT 3:00PM EST.
The following must be completed in order for your quote to be considered:
Complete blocks 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16 on the top page of the RFQ
Complete Attachment 4 (Price/Cost Breakdown)
Complete Section 5 (Contractor Past Performance)
Complete Attachment 6 (Provisions)
