Description

The corpus for the national press must include at least the titles (generalist press or press dealing with the themes monitored by the ministry) of members of the professional unions SPQN, SEPM and SPIIL. Within the same scope, the service provider must be able, as far as possible, to integrate online content publishers (Geste association), and the corpus for the international press must include at least the main newspapers and magazines in the Europe and Americas region. The corpus for the specialised press must include at least the titles of members of professional unions, in particular FNPS (on the themes monitored by the Ministry such as SPEJP) and SNPJ The corpus for the regional and overseas press, the overseas departments and communities must include at least the titles of members of professional unions SPQR and SPQD, i. e. some sixty titles and more than 500 local editions. By definition, the press archive database must allow the widest possible access to the corpus of titles (both in terms of number of titles and duration of archives), and be updated in real time. The service provider undertakes to produce a daily media summary of the news which will be sent by email to the VAM Division, from Monday to Friday (no later than 9:00 a.m.), excluding public holidays.
