New construction of a workshop for people with disabilities and the support center95339 Neuenmarkt The construction and real estate management of DiakoneoKdöR intends to build the "integrated work landscape Neuenmarkt". This consists of the new construction of a workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) with 250 places and the new construction of a support center with 48 places. The new construction of the two aforementioned facilities replaces an existing facility and is being funded. The building comprises a three-part chamber structure for the work and support areas with an eligible requirement of approx. 5,089 m² for the WfbM and approx. 1,324 m² for the support center. The outdoor facilities are characterized by green inner courtyards with break and rest areas, a barrier-free forecourt, as well as extensive access routes, e.g. for the delivery of the workshops and the access of employees.
