Description
New construction of a three-stream elementary school at the Harlaching clinic site (Seybothstrasse) with a double sports hall, integrated underground parking garage and janitor's apartment. The building has 5 floors and 2 basement floors (floor area approx. 2,200 m², gross floor area approx. 9,550 m², volume approx. 45,700 m³). An all-weather area is located on the 3rd floor, the break area on the 4th floor. Three learning house clusters are planned, each with 100 pupils and 10 teaching and educational staff. The total number of people is expected to be 330. The subject of this contract is the installation of ventilation systems. For more details, see section 5.1.
