SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the school's needs, and of leasing the approximately 350 schools to the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. The school properties include all land and buildings used for school purposes at state and vocational schools.
