Construction of 2 new tennis courts and a children's play areaOutdoor facilities - sports field construction and floodlighting The existing tennis facility with 10 clay courts is to be extended. One clay court will be removed and 2 new tennis courts and a children's play area with an all-weather surface will be built. An artificial turf surface covered with quartz sand was chosen. Naturally rounded, multi-washed beige crystal quartz sand with a suitable grain size (0.1-0.7 mm) is used as the bottom stabilization layer in 8 kg/m² natural beige. A special red colorite quartz sand (0.3-0.8 mm) is scattered as a tennis sand play layer. The surface is completely sanded over in order to achieve optimum playing and sliding behavior.2 tennis courts and the children's play area are equipped with appropriate net posts and nets.2 tennis courts are equipped with a floodlight system with 4 floodlight masts and LED lighting.Scope of services: - Pick up irrigation system with 6 sprinklers, store to the side and dispose of- Pick up and dispose of 150m plastic court markings- Pick up and dispose of 245m kerb/lawn edge stone- Pick up and dispose of 110m ball catch fence made of wire mesh H = 3.00 m including foundations- Pick up and dispose of 820m² tennis court surface- Pick up and dispose of 420m² dynamic layer- Pick up and dispose of 400m² dynamic layer, store to the side and reinstall for infiltration to the side of the newly constructed tennis courts- Approx. 1.000m² layers without binder, pick up, transport and store in windrows- approx. 500m³ topsoil (also from mound) loosen, load, transport and store in windrows, later reapply- approx. 1.700m² earth subgrade for all-weather surface- approx. 1.700m² base course without binder for all-weather surface and tennis courts- approx. 1,700m² asphalt base course PA MT WDA 70/100, 6 cm thick, permeable to water- approx. 1,700m² mechanically stabilized base course made of clay-free gravel or fine gravel material (angular grain)- approx. 1,650m² artificial turf surface supplied and laid- approx. 1,700m² sanding of naturally rounded, fire-dried crystal quartz sand in a suitable beige grain size (0.1-0.7 mm)- approx. 290m all-weather PVC tennis lining - playing field markings for the aforementioned carpeting- approx. Install 80m of piping for garden irrigation - Supply 2 tennis nets - Supply and install 4 tennis net posts including ground sockets - Dismantle 1 tennis ball wall, playable on one side, with ball catch fence, and reinstall at new location 160m tennis ball catch fence, H = 3.00 m- 4 LED lighting units for playing class 2, 350 lux LED power- 4 masts with a height of 10 m above ground level - 4 complete assembly of the lighting masts with traverses
