Description
The subject of the procedure is the award of planning services for technical equipment, system group 5 (network planning) for the new construction of the Dietenbach school campus.
With the new Dietenbach district, the city of Freiburg i. Br. wants to create a new living space for over 15,000 people.
In addition to housing, particularly in the affordable segment, jobs, shopping facilities and sports and leisure facilities are also to be created. The aim for the new district is climate neutrality through energy saving and efficiency, avoiding the use of fossil fuels for buildings and mobility and the expansion and use of renewable energies. One of the first construction measures will be the school campus with a sports and exercise park to ensure a good supply of educational facilities in the district at an early stage.
It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:
Technical equipment, plant group 5 (network planning), service phases 1-3, 5-9 in accordance with ยงยง 53 ff. HOAI.
