Negotiated procedure with a call for competition in accordance with Section 12 KonzVgV in conjunction with Section 14 para. § Section 14 (2), (3) VgV to determine a network operator for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model in the following expansion areas in accordance with the directive "Funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" of March 31, 2023 (hereinafter "Federal Gigabit Directive 2.0"), including the ancillary provisions specified in the provisional grant notification (available for download in the download area of the project management organization https://gigabit-projekttraeger.de/downloads/).
