Description

The Department of Children and Families (Department), is seeking a Turnkey Vendor to provide a state-of-the-art Digital Signage Monument (Signage) at Northeast Florida State Hospital (NEFSH) in Macclenny, FL. The Signage will consist of an outdoor electronic LED display that integrates playback and sending capabilities, enabling users to publish content and control with a computer, cell phone, or tablet. The selected Vendor will be responsible for delivering Signage that meets the requirements outlined in Attachment A. This will involve assessing, designing, delivering, installing, making fully operable, and installation of data communication and electrical pathways underground from the nearest building. The Vendor will also be required to provide warranty services and ensure that surge protection between the sign and primary electrical power is installed and fully operable for the signage. Any person interested in participating must comply with the terms of this solicitation.
