Description
TAMW is the principal warfare training authority of the RAN. TAMW provides warfare training for all rank levels from Seaman to Captain via a wide variety of courses ranging from one week to one year. These courses provide instruction in basic and advanced warfare (procedural and tactical).
Overall, training delivered by the TAMW organisation relates to Navy surface warfare and incorporates navigation and ship handling, maritime warfare and distributed synthetic warfare. TAMW requires an industry partner to assist and facilitate the delivery of this training.
The services required under this contract will be provided at HMAS Watson and HMAS Stirling
