Description
The purpose of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is to pre-select one or more economic operators to supply natural gas to buyers wishing to use the Public Transport Procurement Centre to meet their needs. These buyers are hereinafter referred to as the "Beneficiaries". This DPS is concluded by the Public Transport Procurement Centre (Catp), as part of its centralized purchasing activity relating to the acquisition of services intended for buyers, as provided for in Article L2113-2 1° of the CPC
