Connection 1: Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1 - ordered power 2,743 kWh/hour estimated volume of gas consumed: 8,500 MWh for the needs of 3 gas boiler plants located on the premises of the Wieliczka Salt Mine.:a) "Forge" boiler house equipped with two condensing boilers Vitomax 200 HW Viessmann with output of one boiler 1,850 kW; b) "New Assortments" boiler house equipped with two condensing boilers Vitocrossal 300 HW Viessmann with output of one boiler 345 kW; c) Daniłowicz boiler house equipped with two condensing boilers Vitomax 200 HW Viessmann with output of one boiler 785 kW.3Connection No. 2: Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1 - Ordered output 713 kWh/h, estimated gas consumption 1 650 MWh for 2 steam generators located in the Warzelnia building - 2 LOOS steam generators type DF 600 x 20.4. Connection No. 3: Wieliczka, pl. Kosciuszki 10 - ordered output 400 kWh/hour estimated gas consumption 925 MWh for the boiler house located in the building Nadszybia Szybu Regis shaft - "Regis" boiler house equipped with De Dietrich type C 230-170 condensing boiler of 170 kW and Viessman Vitoplex 200 boiler of 440 kW.5Detailed information on the estimated gas consumption for the individual connections can be found in the Terms of Reference available at the address: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl/6. For Connectors 1, 2 and 3: The Orderer is not exempt from excise duty pursuant to Article 31b section 2 of the Excise Duty Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 864).7 The forecast of gas consumption for individual connections is used only to compare offers and in no case constitutes an obligation on the part of the Orderer to purchase gas in the specified quantity.8The supply of gaseous fuel will take place under the conditions specified in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755), its executive regulations and generally applicable legal regulations.9Settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of measurement systems located in the following locations: a) connection no. 1: Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1 (supplies gas to the facilities of the Mine with the exception of the Salt Brewery); b) connection no. 2: Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1 (supplies gas to the facilities of the Salt Brewery); c) connection no. 3: Wieliczka, pl. Kościuszki 10.10. The Contractor, based on the power of attorney granted, shall be obliged to: a) report to the indicated Distribution System Operator to execute the gas sales agreement concluded with the Contractor; b) act in the scope of termination of the hitherto binding comprehensive gas sales agreement; c) represent the Contractor before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution services agreement, in particular, obtain and submit the necessary documents to the Contracting Authority for signing, provided that the application is positively considered by the Distribution System Operator; d) represent the Contracting Authority in contacts with the hitherto seller or the Distribution System Operator in matters related to the process of changing the seller.11The distribution system operator is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o.
