1. National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC), ?the Employer? responsible for the development and control of power transmission system in the country, invites sealed bids through a ?Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure? on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms as defined under IB-3 of Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

3. Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 2000, the method of payment will be by a nonrefundable fee in the form of cash or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of ?Deputy Manager 220KV Grid Station NTDCL Bandala Faisalabad? Account No. 0954-0010033373700014.
4. The Bidder shall be a manufacturer or Supplier of material legally registered for at least five years. A copy of legal registration certificate shall be submitted along with the Bid.
5. The Bidders/Supplier must have at least 5 years supplying experience of goods.
6. The supplier/bidder must have supplied/provided the same nature of material within period of one year.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 2 % of the total Bid Price in the form of CDR or a Pay Order from a Bank in Pakistan.
8. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at above the address on or before 26th November 2024 at 11:30 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. This advertisement is also available on PPRA and NTDC websites (www.ppra.org.pk & www.ntdc.com.pk).
9. NTDC reserves all rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
10. The bidder should not be blacklisted from NTDC, DISCO or any Government organization at the time of bidding.
