NOTICE FOR INVITING TENDER
(TENDER NO. XEN-I EHV-II NTDC MN-02 (2024-2025)
1- National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) "the Employer", intends to get the Works done for (TENDER NO. XEN-I EHV-II NTDC MN-02 (2024-2025) through NTDC own resources. The Scope of works includes the following:
?SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CCTV MONITORING SYSTEM AT 220KV GRID STATION ZHOB?
2- The Employer invites sealed bids through "Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) Procedure" on Local Competitive Bidding (LCB) basis from eligible firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Tax payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with PEC in relevant category, for above mentioned work. The tenderers shall read carefully the eligibility conditions. The tender shall be evaluated as per eligibility conditions and the tenders shall be issued after fulfilling these conditions and upon production of required documents. If any clarification required, the bidders may contact office of the undersigned within office hours.
3- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty-
Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date.
4- The bidding documents can be purchased from the office of XEN EHV-II Construction Division, NTDC, House #585,586 Block-A Shah Rukne Alam Colony Multan on cash payment of Rs. 3000/- (Non-Refundable), one day before the opening of tender, during the office hours.
5- RECEIPT OF TENDER:- The bid shall be submitted in sealed envelope carrying identification of the bidder and the Tender No. applied for Till 30-09-2024 Upto 12.00 Hrs.
6- OPENING OF TENDER:- Tender will be opened on 30-09-2024 at 12.30 Hrs in the presence of all bidders or their authorized representatives.
7- VENUE:- Tender will be opened in the office of the undersigned at House #585,586 Block-A Shah Rukne Alam Colony Multan. TEL: 061-6771699
8- NTDC reserves its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
