CONDITIONS / ELIGIBILITY:

1. Theexperienced bidders having experience of similar supply are eligible and alsohave to provide the copy of at leastonepurchase order ofsuch work.
2. Income Tax certificate & return filed with income Tax Department for the latest financial year.
3. Tender will be issued only to the proprietors(s) or their legally Authorized representative with valid CNIC and a request on originalletter pad.
4. In case of government holiday the same procedure will be carried out on the next working day.

A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased up to 01-day before opening by the interested eligible bidders / firms on submission of an application to the Office of Deputy Manager 500kV Grid Station NTDC Rahim Yar Khan.

Sealed bids should accompany CDR of ?2%? of bid prices as Bid Security? in favor of Deputy Manager 500kV Grid Station NTDC Rahim Yar Khan., which should reach in this office on/or before date/ time as mentioned above.
