CONDITIONS / ELIGIBILITY:
The experienced bidders having experience of similar supply are eligible and also have to provide the copy of at least one purchase order of such work.
Income Tax certificate & return filed with income Tax Department for the latest financial year.
Tender will be issued only to the proprietors(s) or their legally Authorized representative with valid CNIC and a request on original letter pad.
In case of government holiday the same procedure will be carried out on the next working day.
A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased up to 01-day before opening by the interested eligible bidders / firms on submission of an application to the Deputy Manager 220kV Grid Station NTDC New Kot Lakhpat Lahore.
Sealed bids should accompany CDR of ?2%? of bid prices as Bid Security? in favor of Deputy Manager 220kV Grid Station NTDC New Kot Lakhpat Lahore, which should reach in this office on/or before date/ time as mentioned above.
Bids will be opened on same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives in the office of Deputy Manager 220kV Grid Station NTDC New Kot Lakhpat Lahore.
