National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDCL) Pakistan ?The Purchaser?, responsible for development and control of Power Transmission Network in the country, invites sealed bids on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for supply of following quantities of Goods from registered Manufacturers / Suppliers / Local representatives, registered with FBR under the conditions mentioned below. If any clarification required, the bidders may contact office of the undersigned during office hours.

Completion Period: 30 Days from the date of Purchase Order
Tender Fees: Rs.2000/- [Two Thousand Pakistan Rupees] (Non-Refundable)
EARNEST MONEY: 2% of the Bid Cost in the form of CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft issued from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Senior Engineer Yousafwala to be produced at the time of opening of tender.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Manufacturer / Supplier having valid registration with FBR / Provincial Revenue Services for GST and Income Tax are eligible to apply.
2. Experienced Manufacturer / Supplier is eligible to apply who have already supplied material to Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Bodies in recent past. Detailed criteria has been elaborated in tender documents.
3. An affidavit (in original) on Rs.100/- on Non-Judicial Stamp paper the firm has not been blacklisted by any Government / Semi-Government / NTDCL or Autonomous Bodies and is not involved in any litigation.
4. Manufacturer / Supplier will be bound to provide warranty of the supplied material as per bidding documents.
5. In case of a bidder participating on behalf manufacturer (foreign or local), an authorization from manufacturer will be mandatory on manufacturer?s letter head pad to purchase bid.
6. Tender will be issued to proprietor of firm or its authorized representative fulfilling all codal formalities.
7. Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed / valid up to date in the relevant category with original certificate.
8. Income Tax clearance certificate & return filled with Income Tax Department for financial year 2023-2024.
All the Government Taxes (Federal / Provincial) will be applicable as per relevant Government Notifications.
CONDITIONS:
1. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from January 27th 2025 by eligible firm(s) / bidder(s) on submission of an application to Deputy Manager (P&I) 500KV Grid Station Yousafwal Sahiwal.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding (OCB) as stated in PPRA Rules-2004.
3. Sealed Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must reach at office of Deputy Manager (P&I) 500KV Grid Station Yousafwal Sahiwal on or before 04.02.2025 at 11:00 Hours Pakistan Standard Time.
4. NTDC will award the contract to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder on overall basis.
5. The NTDC / Employer has the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rule # 33 of 2004.
6. Purchaser (undersigned) reserves the right to reject all the bids as defined in Clause 33 of PPRA Rules-2004.
7. Each page of the subject bidding documents shall be signed and stamped by the bidder / or its authorized representative.
