Description
Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms/ distributor/ suppliers for procurement of the following.

Notice: Tender Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelop Basis
? Delivery FOR Haripur.
? Bidders must submit their bids as per tender requirement i.e clearly marked as financial and technical proposals.
? Price inclusive and exclusive of taxes need to be mentioned separately.
? Complete technical literature required along with technical bid.
? Bid security of Rs. 100,000/- of bid value along with technical literature in separate sealed envelope in shape of pay order or Demand Draft, Otherwise bid will not be entertained.
? Bid Validity: 90 days.
? Prices must be in PAK Rupees
? Warranty: standard Warranty
? Transportation charges will be borne by the Vendor.
? OEM Training of 05x person must be required.
? Evaluation of supplier will be done as per attached criteria
? POC/Demo must be provided.
? Must submit license of support costfor 1, 2 and 3 years.
NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject at any time prior to the acceptance of any or all the tenders / bids.
Bids complete in all respect should reach the office of the under signed up to 26 Sep 2024 till 1030 hours and Bids will be opened at 1100 hours on same day.
