Description

1. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids from Equipment Manufacturer/ OEM Authorized Partner/ OEM Authorized Reseller/ OEM Authorized Distributer of each product. Letter required from OEM for the same as per standard bidding document having valid registration from Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are Active Tax payers List (ATL) with 100% compliance of the FBR for purchase of Next Generation Firewalls along with switching infrastructure for NADRA intranet segment.
2. The bid documents contain detailed Specification, Instructions, Conditions and forms for participating in the Bid. The Bid Documents (complete set) can be purchased by the bidder upon a written request on Bidder?s official letter head addressed to the Head of Department (NADRA Procurement & Stores) at given address from 0900 AM to 1600 PM (Monday to Friday) & upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2000/-. Payment of Tender document fee can be made through Bank Deposit Slip in Bank HBL Account Title: NADRA Headquarters. Account # 0004600051009601. The bidding documents are also available on NADRA official website for the interested bidders which can be viewed and downloaded from tenders.nadra.gov.pk without any cost.
3. Rupees 350/-additional (courier charges) to be deposited, by the out stationed bidders for the purpose to purchase complete set of Bidding Documents. The complete set of Bidding Document will be send via Courier Services. Request for the same must reach at least 07 working days before closing date of Tender; else any delay liability cannot be claimed.
4. All the vendors are requested to provide request for issuance of tender documents on company letterhead including nomination of authorized representative (Name & Designation) for presence at tender opening. At the time of tender opening company rep must possess company employee card.
5. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10th December, 2024 at (11:00 AM) hours in HQ NADRA Sector G-5/2 Islamabad.
6. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must reach at below mentioned address on or before 11:00AM hours on 26th December, 2024. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30AM hours. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.gov.pk
7. NADRA reserves the right to reject all the bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
