Description
The Subcontractor shall provide all personnel, labor, management, tools, equipment, and services necessary to ensure that NREL’s fixed and portable gas detectors are tested and calibrated. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all objectives outlined in this Appendix A – Statement of Work are met in a timely and professional manner.
The On-site Calibration and Testing for Fixed/Portable Gas Detectors services agreement will include work such as:
Per the manufacturer’s recommendations, perform on-site calibration and testing of approximately 315 portable and fixed gas detectors.
Use a certified traceable test gas and ensure the test gas is not expired. Subcontractor shall provide a certificate of analysis for every test gas cylinder. Providing uniforms and vehicle decals to designate as security personnel.
Subcontractor shall calibrate sensors in environmental conditions that are the same as (or similar to) the actual workplace conditions.
