View Changes (Pre-Solicitation Number: N4008424R8907 / Solicitation Number: N4008425R8907)
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment Service for U.S. Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan.  The Contractor shall perform maintenance for the following;

1.  Drain Pipe - The Contractor shall clean drain pipes to ensure they are fully sanitary, functional, and operational, without any offensive odors or clogs.
2.  Dryer Duct - The Contractor shall clean laundry dryer exhaust duct systems using machines to ensure they are fully sanitary, functional, and operational without any offensive odors or clogs.
3.  Water Storage Tank - The Contractor shall clean and disinfect the designated water storage tank and associated equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
