MÜNCHENSTIFT GmbH is planning to build a senior citizens' residential and care home in the west of Munich with a gross floor area of approx. 18,500 sqm and a total of 230 residential and care places (202 care places + 28 residential places WmS). The plot is located on Franz-Nißl-Strasse in the Allach - Untermenzing district 23.
The building area has a size of approx. 8,100 sqm. It is currently fallow or is farmed as agricultural land. The site is almost completely flat.
