MÜNCHENSTIFT GmbH is planning to build a senior citizens' residential and care home in the west of Munich with a gross floor area of approx. 18,500 sqm and a total of 230 residential and care places (202 care places + 28 residential places WmS). The plot is located on Franz-Nißl-Strasse in the Allach - Untermenzing district 23.
The building area has a size of approx. 8,100 sqm. It is currently fallow or is farmed as agricultural land. The site is almost completely flat. The immediate vicinity of the development area is predominantly characterized by 2-3-storey residential buildings with detached houses, terraced houses and multi-storey apartment buildings, but there is also large-scale commercial use to the south-east of the area towards the railroad line. To the west, there is an open agricultural area that stretches far towards Würmtal.
