Description
Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this Multi-Use List Request for Qualifications (MULRFQ) for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are eligible to be added to the Ministry’s Multi-Use List of Qualified Suppliers of Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (“CATI”) and Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing (“CAWI”) data collection services.The Services include the following required components and the preferred components below. Respondents must be able to deliver all of the required service components to be qualified to participate in procurement that may be issued as a result of this MULRFQ.The following components are required Services. sample design; sample provision; questionnaire design; sample and data cleaning and validation; data collection methodology; customer service accessibility; off-site interview monitoring; basic quantitative analysis; and secure storage of data.The following components are preferred, but not required: data collection – dialling technologies; additional quantitative analysis; qualitative analysis; and writing and review. The Services are described in greater detail, including in section 5 and the Appendices.
