Description
Provide full Landscape Architect Consultancy Services for stages (ii)b-(v)(Phase 1) and stage (ii)b (Phase 2) of the Capital Works Management Framework in accordance with briefing documentation, Conditions of Engagement (Technical) and current legislation and regulatory requirements. The Initial Contract will be for Public Realm and Park Design for a proposed residential development for lands at Kildonan, Finglas West, Dublin 11 involving : -Demolition of existing structures - Construction of new residential units comprising a mix of houses, duplexes, apartments and a supported living facility, associated hard and soft landscaping, defined surface car parking and all associated drainage infrastructure, retrofit and fit out of an existing Chapel.
