Description

You must be able to:

1. Develop a centralised or decentralised platform to apply analytics to payment data to generate new insights, such as - analysing the payment data between accounts held at different AIs and identify their potential linkages - exploring and identifying underlying inter-bank networks - developing the capability to risk-score transactions to assist AIs.

2. Overcome gaps in payment data where identified.

3. Support enhanced information sharing among AIs taking into account the data privacy regime in Hong Kong.

4. Streamline case management workflows and reporting processes, making the identification and reporting process more efficient and effective for AIs.
