Description
The Max Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology is planning to construct a waste collection area and an installation area for an emergency power container in the northern area of the site. The site is accessible via a construction road and a gravel path. The site is to be partially excavated, preferably leaving the excavated material on the site. The slope of the site is to be stabilized using prefabricated elements. The garbage area is to be covered with paving that is resistant to displacement, as in exceptional cases it is to be used as a set-up area for a truck-mounted crane. For surface drainage, gutters and yard drains are planned, which will be connected to the existing drainage system.
Note regarding bidder questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or Ukraine war): When preparing your offer, please take into account any possible or recognizable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, manpower, a possible delay in the provision of required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc. Any questions arising in this context should be submitted in good time before the tender deadline via the eProcurement messaging system.
Execution deadlines: Execution must begin within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the client (Section 5 (2) sentence 2 VOB/B). You are expected to receive the request by 17.01.2025. The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance) within 57 working days after the above deadline. 5 working days/week.
