Project description:Sanitation and neutralization

In preparation for the construction of a new building complex at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research (MPImF) in Heidelberg, the construction of an underground technical room with a connection to the future new building is necessary. After the construction of this technical room, a new laboratory wastewater neutralization system is to be installed in it and connected to the existing system.

Special note regarding bidder questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or Ukraine war): When preparing your offer, please take into account any possible or recognizable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, manpower, a possible delay in the provision of required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc. Any questions arising in this context should be submitted in good time before the tender deadline via the eProcurement messaging system.

Execution deadlines: Execution must begin within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the client (Section 5 (2) sentence 2 VOB/B). The request is expected to be received by 18.11.2024. The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance) within 120 working days after the aforementioned deadline for the start of execution (5 working days/week).
