View Changes 11SEP2024-Amendment 0001 is issued to answer an offeror's questions; to make a change to Attachment 1 - Specifications, Attachment 2 - Plans and Sections L and M of the solicitation.  Amendment 0001 is uploaded herein.  Proposals are still due on 23 Sep 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time via email to mary.harding@usda.gov.
09SEP2024 - Solicitation and attachments thereto for a project to construct a water well at the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area near Las Vegas, Nevada, is posted herein.  Proposals are due to mary.harding@usda.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 23 September 2024.  
There will not be any organized Site Visit to the jobsite prior to contract award, but prospective offerors may visit the site on your own to better understand technical requirements of this project.
This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement, and one firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.  
Estimated magnitude price of construction:  Between $100,000 and $250,000
