Part IP The subject-matter of the contract is the delivery of a passenger car with three rows of seats or of a lorry with two rows of seats and a factory bulkhead behind the second row of seats designed to carry 2 persons in 3 pieces, brand new, unused, in the year of manufacture 2018 or 2019. The Ordering Party foresees the possibility to apply the option right, i.e.: within the same order, the order may be additionally increased by 1 or 2 pieces or 3 pieces of car(s)* together with equipment of the same technical, equipment and pricing parameters, brand new, unused, manufactured in 2018 or 2019. In such a case, the unit prices of cars indicated in the offer of the selected Economic Operator shall apply. The rules of exercising the right of option by the Ordering Party shall be specified in the model contract. The subject matter of the contract is passenger cars with diesel-electric (hybrid) drive - 5 cars, brand new, unused cars, production year 2018 or 2019, adapted for patrol service in the City Guard of Krakow. The Ordering Party foresees the possibility to apply the option right, i.e.: within the same order, the order may be additionally increased by 1 or 2 pieces or 3 pieces or a car with equipment of the same technical, equipment and pricing parameters of brand new, unused, manufactured in 2018 or 2019. In such a case, the unit prices of cars indicated in the offer of the selected Economic Operator shall apply.
