Description
supply and delivery of used vehicles, machinery and miscellaneous equipment for the Département de la Somme. The consultation is based on a dynamic purchasing system (Sad) in compliance with the rules governing restricted invitations to tender, subject to the provisions of article R.2162-38 of the French Public Order Code. The estimated maximum amount is 14,000,000 euros excluding VAT for the entire period of validity of the DAS, which runs from the date of dispatch of the public invitation to tender to 12:00 on June 1, 2027. It is divided into 9 distinct categories. In accordance with article L.2125-1 of the French Public Procurement Code, this purchasing technique enables the pre-selection of one or more economic operators for commonly used purchases, using an open and entirely electronic process. The Purchaser awards one or more specific contracts to one of the economic operators whose application has been pre-selected, following a competitive bidding process.
The SAD is broken down into 9 distinct categories, as follows: - category 1: used motorized, electric and other 2-wheelers - category 2: used light vehicles - category 3: used light commercial vehicles (LCVs or LCVs) - category 4: used equipment and machinery for the maintenance of verges and green verges - category 5: Used public works machinery and equipment - category 6: Used 5 to 40-tonne heavy-duty vehicles and trailers or tippers - category 7: Used winter service machinery and equipment - category 8: Used green space equipment - category 9: Used scrubbers and vacuum cleaners
