ESTIMATED QUANITY CONTRACT FOR MOTOR VEHICLE VALIDATION STICKERSCONTRACT PERIODFor a period of one (1) year, from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement between the supplier and the Motor Vehicle Branch.SCOPEThis Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the supply and delivery of Validation Stickers for the Motor Vehicle Branch c/o Service New Brunswick. The validation stickers include:- Pairs of reflective validation stickers- Sets of 3 office stickers, serial-numbered and mounted on protective liners, attached to carrier sheetsSupplementary quantities may be required, and vendors must provide pricing for additional sets on a per-thousand basis. Additional orders must be delivered within one (1) month of order placement.CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIAThe contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid that meets or exceeds all specifications, requirements, and terms outlined in this Invitation to Tender (ITT) and attached documents.DELIVERYDelivery is required as per the monthly schedule provided by Service New Brunswick, including partial shipments where applicable.Delivery Requirements:- Vendors must notify Service New Brunswick prior to shipment for tracking in the Inventory Management System.- Deliveries must occur during regular business hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday).Location of Delivery:Delivery locations include 35 SNB offices across New Brunswick and the SNB Head Office as per "SCHEDULE E" mentioned in the "Specification Document" attached with this ITT.Delivery Notes:- Tailgate trucks might be required for deliveries.- Orders must be signed by a Service New Brunswick employee upon receipt.SPECIFICATIONSBid(s) must meet or exceed specifications attached with this ITT.PROOFS AND SAMPLESVendors who have not supplied similar stickers to Service New Brunswick in the past five (5) years shall provide:- Technical data on materials and performance.- Samples for evaluation and approval prior to contract award.The selected supplier must provide proofs of the material, design, and colours during production for written approval by Service New Brunswick before production begins.HOW TO FILL IN PRICINGThere are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. Vendors should bid directly on this invitation to tender.Vendors are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE-the price for a single product within the Tender Item-under the "Unit Price" column. Vendors should then multiply their unit price by the "quantity per unit" to calculate the "extended price." The "unit price including discount" and "extended price" should not include taxes.The Total Bid Price for each item will be reflected by the extended unit price per item.Bidder(s) should show a 'Gross Total' when submitting a bid.Delivery charges MUST be included in unit pricing.REQUIREMENTSBids shall include the required; specifications, pricing.VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND DATE THEIR BID IN THE SPACE PROVIDED BELOWVENDOR QUESTIONSAll inquiries should be received eight (8) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than eight (8) calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response.
