Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre du Patrimoine pour la restauration des façades du château de la Briantais - This consultation is open exclusively to qualified ACMHs or Architectes du Patrimoine who can prove that they have been regularly working in the field of restoration of historic buildings for ten years (in accordance with the circular of December 1, 2009 on project management for historic monuments).
A compulsory visit to the site has been scheduled - The scheduled times are Thursday August 29, 2024 at 10:00 am and Tuesday September 10, 2024 at 2:15 pm - A receipt will be issued by the local authority to candidates who have attended the visit; this document, to be provided by the candidate, will be one of the constituent parts of his offer, without which it will be declared incomplete and therefore irregular.
The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with the three candidates or groups of candidates who come first in the ranking of bids with regard to the assessment criteria described in article 5.2 of the consultation regulations.
