Description
The present contract concerns a Technical Control mission, in accordance with the provisions of law n°78-12 of January 4, 1978 relating to responsibility and insurance in the field of construction, within the framework of the following operation: Extension of the wastewater treatment plant.
The basic missions entrusted to the technical controller are :
Mission L: covering the solidity of structures and inseparable equipment elements
Mission S: concerning safety conditions for people in buildings
The additional tasks entrusted to the technical controller are :
Mission P1: concerning the soundness of separable items of equipment
Mission LE: relating to the soundness of existing structures
Mission AV: relating to the stability of the surrounding environment
Mission VIE: initial verification of electrical installations
Additional missions, if not included in the basic and complementary missions above, entrusted to the Technical Controller:

The technical controller's mission is governed by decree no. 99-443 of May 28, 1999 and standard NFP 03-100.
