France - MIRAMAS (13) - EPMu Provence - Development and renovation of the site entrance

Description

This publication concerns : - the relaunch of lot 2 of the unsuccessful tender DAF_2023_000249 - a call for applications only.the consultation file will be sent at a later date and only to candidates admitted to tender. The purpose of this contract is to fit out and renovate the entrance to the Miramas munitions depot. The project encompasses the demolition of 2 existing office buildings of around 100m² and 400m²; the renovation of the entire parking area and access roads to the site (together representing around 6655m²); the construction of a 50m² delivery reception shed and a 621m² screening and duty station building. The project also includes the creation of fencing and SAS to demarcate the zones, and all the necessary physical blocking equipment.
