A DD 2345 is a form used by U.S. Contractors or subcontractors who wish to obtain access to unclassified technical data disclosing militarily critical technology with military or space application that is under the control of, or in the possession of, the DoD. It is the only tool used by DoD by which North American contractors can apply and obtain access to unclassified DoD militarily critical (export controlled) technical data with a military or space application. The Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement (DD 2345) is the institutional form used to register in the JCP.
Please note: the DD 2345 process has recently been updated. For updated instructions please visit:

Interested parties are advised that certification of a DD Form 2345 may take time, so completion and submission of that form as soon as possible is highly recommended.
